How does invoicing work?

Everything starts with a quote. When you sign, you pay half of the amount; we then design the solution and test it with you in a pilot phase. The balance is due at go-live. A monthly subscription then covers the running of the solution.

What does the monthly subscription include?

Hosting and service costs, the availability of the solution, support, updates and our technology watch: when a better technology appears, your solution benefits from it.

Can I test the solution before it goes live?

Yes. Every project goes through a pilot phase: the solution works in real conditions and we adjust it with you before go-live and before the balance is paid. Adjustments are included.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the solution. A voice agent is usually live within 1 to 2 weeks; for a CRM or automations, the timeline is set in the quote after the diagnosis.

Does my data remain mine?

Yes. Your data is hosted in Switzerland or the European Union depending on the solution, nothing is sold, and you can export it at any time.
