Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we process and why, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Data controller

Audience measurement
Only with your consent, we use PostHog (servers in Frankfurt, Germany) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on demos and bookings, technical browser errors, and an anonymous recording of navigation (scrolling, clicks) that helps us fix display issues. Input fields are masked. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie preferences”.
Demos and assistant
The voice and text demos and the site assistant are artificial intelligences. When you use them, your voice and messages are processed and recorded by ElevenLabs to produce the answers. These conversations are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Do not share sensitive information.
Quote demo
If you use the quote demo, your first name, email, sector and request are sent to our automation tool (n8n), analysed by an AI (Claude, by Anthropic), turned into a PDF (PDF.co) and sent by email (Gmail, by Google). Novaetas receives a copy of the request so we can contact you about it; it is kept for 3 months, then deleted, and is not used for any other purpose. To limit abuse, an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and email is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Booking
The booking calendar is provided by Google. It only loads if you choose to display it. If you book an appointment with one of our assistants, the information you give it (name, contact details, chosen slot) is sent via n8n to Google Calendar to create the appointment and send you the confirmation. This information is used only to organise the assessment.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Technical data (IP address, browser) is processed to deliver the pages. The site sets no cookies without your consent.
Transfers abroad
Some providers process data outside Switzerland. PostHog and n8n are based in Germany, in the European Union, whose level of protection is recognised by Switzerland. Vercel, ElevenLabs and Google (United States) are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic (United States) is bound by standard contractual clauses with an addendum for Swiss law. PDF.co (United States) generates the PDF of the quote you requested.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@novaetas-agency.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).
